When their first grandchild was born, grandpa had a great idea of what he wanted to get for his granddaughter: a kids sized table and two chairs. Being a new parent, this idea had not occurred to me. But what a crucial addition to our home it has turned out to be, for years to come!
More than once, it’s proved worth it to carve out a place for our kids table & chairs. Come to think of it, they never made their way into the child’s bedroom. They’ve always been in either our living or dining room (with a view of the TV, of course).
My daughter, and then later on also my son, still use ours daily. It’s the perfect place for crafts (saves moms dining table), painting fingernails, eating a snack, racing cars, or just having their own space to sit and play or watch a movie on their portable DVD player.
The set in our home was from another maker, but I just love this gorgeous set featured by the Baby Gifts and Baskets site. It’s white and hand painted, giving it that unique hand-crafted look. They offer 60 different designs for you to choose from, and can personalize each of the two chairs with a unique child’s name.

Kids Table & Chairs Set
The child-sized table is white, and measures approximately 23.5″ in diameter by 18″ high. The pint-sized chairs have a 12″ square seat that is about 12″ off the ground. The chair’s backrest is 23″ off the ground.
The hand-painted table and chairs are painted with certified lead-free paint.
Please note that the table and chairs are recommended for indoor use only! Some easy tool-less assembly is required upon receipt.
