A Look at Marvel’s ANT-MAN ~ In Theatres This Friday

If you are a fan of Marvel Cinema, the wait for ANT-MAN is almost over!  ANT-MAN will be opening in theatres this Friday, July 17th.  This new Disney movie looks to deliver humor, action, adventure, and of course.... evil bad guys! A little about the film:  The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.”   In this cinematic version, master thief Scott Lang is the present-day Ant-Man. After being armed by Dr. Hank Pym with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, Lang must embrace his inner hero and help Pym protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Behind the Scenes Trailer

Fans at San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H were treated to a special look behind the scenes of STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS.  The filmmakers were joined on stage by cast members Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford to the surprise and delight of fans.         Following the `Star Wars` Hall H presentation at Comic-Con International 2015 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif., the audience of more than 6000 fans enjoyed a surprise `Star Wars` Fan Concert performed by the San Diego Symphony, featuring the classic "Star Wars" music of composer John Williams, at the Embarcadero Marina Park South on July 10, 2015 in San Diego, California. Disney’s THE FINEST HOURS Trailer & Poster

Disney Movie's upcoming film THE FINEST HOURS  is an extraordinary true story of the greatest small boat rescue in Coast Guard history.    The story takes place in 1952, during a massive nor’easter that struck New England, pummeling towns along the Eastern seaboard and wreaking havoc on the ships caught in its deadly path. A heroic action-thriller, this film will transport audiences to the heart of the action, creating a fully-immersive cinematic experience on an epic scale. Exciting stuff! I love movies like this... scary, ocean adventures.  :)   Plus it stars Chris Pine and Casey Affleck.   So there you go.  Even more reason to go see this film. See Disneynature’s Monkey Kingdom for Earth Day

Disney’s New “Cinderella” First Look

The images are flat out breathtaking, there are no scary scenes I will be nervous about taking my timid daughter to, and the trailer gives me GOOSEBUMPS!  "Hooray!" for Disney's new upcoming film Cinderella, slated to be released in theatres in March 13, 2015. Disney’s “Million Dollar Arm” Opens Friday ~ Trailer

Disney's new movie "Million Dollar Arm" is slated to open in theatres this Friday, May 16th.  The film looks both engaging and heartwarming, and as a parent who appreciates PG-rated movies being produced, I definitely plan on my family seeing it. Based on a true story, the film premise is as follows: Sports agent JB Bernstein (Jon Hamm) finds that business has changed and things aren’t going well for his career. In a last ditch effort to save his livelihood he concocts a scheme to find baseball’s next great pitching ace. Living in a Rocky Mountain state, my love of bears is expressed in multiple ways.  Everything from that mix of hope and fear that I will spot one while hiking, to my penchant for using bear designs in my Colorado home's lodge decor.  So when I saw this year's new Disneynature film to be released in celebration of Earth Day was "Bears"...
