In celebration of the upcoming Earth Day … this week’s theme: Nature

Alas, much of the nature found at Disney World is man made or altered in some fashion. But we all love the perfect world they are able to create, when they combine a little fantasy here with a little reality there!
Given the chance, and if the castle were spoken for, this is where I would chose to live in the Magic Kingdom. Any guesses where this shot is taken from?

Nice view from the Treehouse. We never went up there on our visit. Now I’m mad I missed the view.
If we’re picking places to live though, I’ll take the Haunted Mansion. I need air conditioning at my house.

Great shot! It’s gotta be the Swiss Family Treehouse right? If the castle is occupied, I’ll take a nap with Uncle Orville at Carousel of Progress 🙂 – although present day (ahem 1990s ahem) living room scene is probably comfier.

Looks like the Treehouse to me! I always thought they should pick guests to stay up there too! I would certainly volunteer!

Great shot! I always love the view from the Treehouse. Actually, I hadn’t been up there in a while until our trip two years ago – I had forgotten how great the views are!

Wow! This is beautiful! True the nature is relatively man made but I do love the Disney magic they’ve added to it! Hmm…place to stay…I’d probably choose the castle as well!

Great idea for this theme! I’ve often daydreamed about laying in a hammock at the Swiss Family Treehouse. I think that would be a perfect sleepover spot!!
