Welcome to those of you joining me from Disney Donna Kay and those of you just hopping aboard. I am the Final stop on our Magical Blogorail.

Join me on this culinary, whirlwind tour of the Most Scrumptious (Magical?) Place On Earth, as we sprinkle on some pixie dust and fly to any Disney World location our little heart desires… for each course of our ideal Disney Resort Meal!

Ideal Disney Resort Meal ~ The Appetizer

Since I first watched this video on the Disney Parks Blog, on how to make the famous Goat Cheese Ravioli from the California Grill… I can’t stop thinking about it!

On the menu of this Signature Dining restaurant since Day 1, Goat Cheese Ravioli sounds absolutely amazing.  And of course, you can’t beat the California Grill for views and a fantastic venue.  So let’s begin our Ideal Disney Resort Meal here, for a delicious appetizer!

If you’re adventurous in the kitchen, here’s how to make your own:

Well that certainly got my appetite going… where to next?

Ideal Disney Resort Meal ~ The Entree

Raised in South Dakota, with cattle ranching cousins… I’m gonna need a steak, for my Ideal Disney Resort  Meal!  So now let’s head over to my favorite park, EPCOT, for my favorite steak at the lovely and delicious Le Cellier.

My selection for us will the be the signature dish, Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon.  The mouthwatering description from the menu reads:  “Canadian Beef Tenderloin with wild mushroom risotto, pickled pearl onions, with white truffle butter sauce”.

That’s a whole lotta YUM.

Ideal Disney Resort Meal ~ The Dessert

For dessert, we’re going to head to Disney Beach Club Resort‘s colorful and cheery Beaches & Cream Soda Shop(Can you guess where I’m headed with this…??)

We could use a stroll along the Boardwalk right about now, don’t you think?  We’re gonna need to make some room.

Who can resist an ice cream sundae that includes every single topping that the ice cream shop even has?  That’s right:  Every.  Single.  Topping.

So it’s full steam ahead… we’re ordering The Kitchen Sink, baby!  I’ve heard the rumors, and even seen it featured on ‘behind the scenes’ Disney World videos, and it sounds absolutely amazing.

I’m pretty sure that brownie chunk is the size of my head.  It’s the stuff dreams are made of, I tell you.

The menu on Disney’s website says it includes “Scoops of Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee, and Mint Chocolate Chip” ice cream.   Which is then smothered with every topping they have, plus an entire can of whipped cream (so claims the video).

How fun is that?  The metal “kitchen sink” shaped bowl it’s served in is adorably clever, too.   Truly a once in a lifetime [or more!] ice cream encounter, the Kitchen Sink is definitely on my Disney Bucket List.

So are you full yet….??   😉

Hey Tami, great post! All sorts of yummy things. I’ve never eaten at Le Cellier, nor had a Kitchen Sink, or even the goat cheese ravioli, so you’ve got me here! Thanks for expanding my dining options!
