I know for myself, the shortened, chilly winter days often push me into chowing down more and moving less.  So I found this well-timed message interesting, helpful, and very motivating!

“Planking” Sounds Scary…!?

Yeah, I’ve heard of “planking”… but thought it sounded rather treacherous.  What?

Well, Harley demonstrates a “pike plank” as one of his 3 easy, at-home exercises in the video, and it looks both doable and beneficial.  Given the lower back pain I constantly have, I’m definitely giving this a try.   Today.

The skater lunge looks promising, as well.  Ok, here we go!
